1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CouponTrendy ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use CouponTrendy.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the Platform, including our website, Telegram channels, and any associated services.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and participate in the cashback programme. By registering, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You are a resident of India or legally permitted to use this service.
All information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.

3 Your Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with others.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Notifying us immediately at support@coupontrendy.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to earn duplicate cashback or abuse promotions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending cashback.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are dormant for more than 24 months, or are found to be engaging in fraudulent activity.

4 Deals & Coupons

CouponTrendy aggregates and curates deals, coupons, and promotional offers from third-party retailers. Please note:

Deals and coupon codes are provided as-is and may expire or change without notice.
We verify deals before publishing, but we cannot guarantee that every deal will work at the time of use.
Prices, availability, and terms are set by the respective retailers — we have no control over them.
CouponTrendy is not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer.
Any dispute regarding a purchase must be resolved directly with the retailer.

Important: Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before completing a purchase. A deal or price shown on CouponTrendy may have changed by the time you reach the store.

5 Cashback Programme

Registered users may earn cashback on eligible purchases made through CouponTrendy affiliate links. The following rules apply:

Eligibility: Cashback is only tracked when you click a deal link while logged in to your CouponTrendy account and complete the purchase in the same browser session.
Ad blockers: Ad blockers or VPNs may prevent cashback from being tracked. Disable them when clicking through deals.
Rates: Cashback rates are set by affiliate networks and may change without notice.
Timeline: Cashback is first credited as "Pending", then moves to "Confirmed" once the retailer confirms the order, and finally becomes "Withdrawable" after the retailer's return window closes (typically 30–90 days).
Minimum withdrawal: ₹100 confirmed cashback is required before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
Payment: Withdrawals are paid to verified Indian bank accounts or UPI IDs within 7–10 business days of approval.
Non-transferable: Cashback earnings are non-transferable and have no cash value until they reach Withdrawable status.
Cancellations & Returns: If a purchase is cancelled or returned, associated cashback will be reversed from your account.

We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or cancel cashback if we determine it was earned through fraudulent means, in violation of retailer terms, or through technical errors.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Create multiple accounts to abuse cashback or promotional offers.
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to click deals or generate fake transactions.
Submit fake, expired, or misleading deal information.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform without written permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Post, upload, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
Impersonate CouponTrendy, its staff, or any other user.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of cashback, and legal action where appropriate.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on CouponTrendy — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to CouponTrendy India and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without our prior written consent. Sharing individual deal links for personal use (e.g., on social media) is permitted provided you do not remove or obscure our affiliate tracking.

8 Third-Party Links & Services

CouponTrendy contains links to third-party websites and services (retailers, affiliate networks, etc.). These links are provided for your convenience. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites.

Visiting a retailer's website through our links is governed by that retailer's own terms and privacy policy. CouponTrendy is not responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, delivery, or any issues arising from your transactions with third-party retailers.

9 Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Any deal, coupon, or cashback rate will be available at the time of your visit.
The information on the Platform is complete, accurate, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CouponTrendy India and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total cashback actually paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CouponTrendy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@coupontrendy.in and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days.

12 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of CouponTrendy after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
